Valle Liliorum breeds Labrador Retrievers from working hunting lines in Lilienthal. The focus is on healthy, even-tempered dogs of medium type that conform to the breed standard, enjoy cooperating with their people and prove to be pleasant companions. The Deutscher Retriever Club e.V. is listed as the certifying organization. The breeding bitches are worked in hunting as well as in dummy sports and have completed the corresponding tests. The breeding program also places importance on vitality, biddability and pronounced working abilities in the stud dogs. A joy of retrieving, a good nose, the ability to remember fall locations and enthusiasm for water are among the traits to be preserved. The puppies go to active people who can provide them with physical and mental activities appropriate for retrievers. Dummy work offers a suitable opportunity for this even outside hunting. The dogs are to be closely integrated into family life and not kept solely as family, kennel or sporting dogs. Committed first-time owners are also considered as prospective owners.
