True Type Whippet breeder in Deuerling · Germany

True Type is a small, dedicated kennel for S&L Whippets in Deuerling. The focus is on breeding dogs that combine health, a pronounced character, as well as calmness and prudence. The kennel places importance on Whippets that can develop in versatile ways and prove themselves in different areas of life. The experience gained from working as a TAH shapes True Type’s professional standards. The aim is to breed healthy, strong-charactered and balanced dogs whose composed nature is valued just as much as their possible fields of application. The breeding programme is therefore aimed at Whippet enthusiasts for whom, alongside breed-typical characteristics, a calm, thoughtful nature is also important. According to the kennel, dogs from True Type are active, among other things, in therapy programmes, schools and kindergartens. Other fields of application range from search-and-rescue dog work and theatre appearances to sighthound sports. The kennel was also successfully represented at Top Dog 2023. True Type is affiliated with the Deutscher Windhundzucht- und Rennverband e.V. (DWZRV).
