Toytox

Toytox presents the Miniature American Shepherd as a small but versatile dog. The breed description highlights health, liveliness and an even temperament, as well as physical and mental strength. Toytox considers the breed a particularly fine overall package, in which small size is combined with a durable constitution. According to the presentation, an adult dog weighs approximately 3–4 kilograms and its height at the withers is approximately 30 centimetres. Despite its small size, it is described as strongly built and healthy. Longevity is also highlighted as one of the breed’s positive qualities. In Toytox’s description, the breed is quick to learn and easy to train. Its temperament is associated with courage, openness and balance: the dog is not described as fearful, anxious, withdrawn or hypersensitive. In addition, the presentation emphasises that constant yapping is not typical of the breed.
