Team Hansen's

Team Hansen's is a small home-based breeding establishment of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels in Skælskør and has been breeding since 1996. With DKK breeder training, the breeding establishment places emphasis on the dogs’ overall well-being, health and temperament. Only a few dogs live in the home, and normally one litter is planned per year. The breeding dogs live as family dogs and are part of everyday life rather than being kept in runs. For each mating, the best-suited combination is sought, including when this requires a trip abroad; if there is no suitable match, the mating is postponed. The breeding follows restrictions and recommendations, including MR, heart and DNA examinations. The puppies are born in the home and grow up in the midst of the family’s daily life, where from the beginning they encounter ordinary sounds and experiences. This close upbringing is combined with extensive work on socialisation, so the puppies get a good starting point for their new homes. The breeding establishment also participates in shows both in Denmark and abroad.
