Stoneyard’s dark velvet ... breeds Flat-Coated Retrievers in Winsen in the Lüneburg Heath. The breeding program has been gaining experience with this breed since 1997: That was when the first Flat-Coated Retriever bitch moved in. To this day, enthusiasm for these dogs shapes the work of the kennel. The adult dogs are worked in the dummy field and trained for hunting, including beyond completed tests. In addition, the breeding program takes part in shows and is pleased about championship titles. Deutscher Retriever Club e.V. is listed as the certification. A litter was born on 12 April 2026. When raising the puppies, Stoneyard’s dark velvet ... places particular emphasis on early development and gentle acclimatization to different environmental stimuli. In this way, the young dogs are intended to get to know a wide variety of impressions from the very beginning.
