Starburst

Starburst is a small, serious home breeding program of Bull Terriers in Engesvang. The breeding program places emphasis on the breed’s type and on health in its work with the dogs. Starburst has completed DKK's breeder education and works with a clear focus on the puppies’ well-being. Before the puppies move to their future families, they are examined with cardiac scans and undergo hearing tests. These examinations are part of the breeding program’s efforts to give the puppies a good starting point before they leave their familiar surroundings. Females from three generations of the Starburst line live together in the home, giving the breeding program close knowledge of its own lines. Experience with Bull Terriers dates back to 1979, and the breed has thus been part of everyday life for many years.
