This family-run kennel in Beaworthy draws on more than five decades of experience with dogs. Breeding knowledge has been passed down through several generations, while the next generation is now involved and develops its own breed lines. The kennel breeds Chihuahuas, Miniature American Shepherds and Dachshunds. Over the years, the family has also lived with and bred a varied range of dogs, including Pomeranians, French Bulldogs, Field Spaniels, gundogs, Afghan Hounds, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Great Danes and Rottweilers. Across its different breeds, the kennel places importance on dogs that are healthy, content and even-tempered. Careful attention is given to sound conformation, movement and the distinctive character of each breed. The breeding activity is associated with The Kennel Club and Torridge District Borough Council.
