Sakawa Yokoyamasou Shikoku breeder in Sersheim · Germany

Sakawa Yokoyamasou is a small Shikoku kennel in Sersheim dedicated to preserving this Japanese dog breed. The kennel follows the guidelines of the FCI and NIPPO and is a member of the Deutscher Club für Nordische Hunde e.V. The focus is on healthy dogs typical of the breed with a well-established character. The kennel places particular emphasis on health, temperament and the greatest possible genetic diversity. To this end, Sakawa Yokoyamasou works with breeders from various countries. The deliberately small pack lives entirely in the house and, as part of the family, takes part in everyday life, outings and trips. The puppies grow up in the living room in a family environment and become familiar with everyday routines at an early age. Before moving to their new homes, they are familiar with their first basic cues, the leash and car rides. Even after the puppies leave, the kennel remains in contact with the new families and is happy to arrange reunions during visits or litter gatherings.
