The breeder has completed DKK’s breeder education. In the breeding work, emphasis is placed on complying with the written rules on examinations for hereditary diseases. At the same time, Pulkkinen’s Bichon follows the ethical recommendations associated with breeding. Well-being, health and ethics, together with trust, security and care, form the kennel’s stated values. These principles provide the framework for the approach to the dogs and the choices made in connection with breeding.
