Piccolo Compagno Italian Greyhound breeder in Ortenburg · Germany

The Piccolo Compagno kennel in Ortenburg is dedicated to the Italian Greyhound. It is affiliated with the Deutscher Windhundzucht- und Rennverband e.V. (DWZRV) and describes its development as having been shaped by a great enthusiasm for Italian Greyhounds. In the summer of 2017, the first female dog of this sighthound breed moved in. Her character and elegant appearance impressed the kennel so profoundly that the desire to establish its own breeding program arose. This gradually developed into the further work with the dogs. In spring 2020, the first A-litter was born. Piccolo Compagno thus looks back on a breeding history that emerged from a fascination with the nature and charisma of Italian Greyhounds and has continued to develop steadily ever since.
