Its dogs undergo extensive health testing, and relevant heart certificates are kept up to date. Puppies are raised in a home setting with ongoing care focused on their wellbeing. The establishment holds a five-star council licence, the highest rating available, issued by Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council. It has also been inspected by independent veterinary professionals. The breeder is qualified in puppy first aid as well as canine pregnancy and whelping, and states that it has informed HMRC of its activity.
