Pam Maltese breeder in Sheerness · United Kingdom

Based in Sheerness, this dog breeding programme focuses mainly on the Bichon Maltese. After experience with several breeds, the breeder chose this small companion dog for its gentle, cheerful and easy-going nature. The Maltese is described as an intelligent and amusing breed that can adapt well to life without direct access to a garden, provided it receives its modest exercise needs. The breeder values the Maltese as a patient companion that can live happily with children and travel well. The breed is presented as having an expected lifespan of around 12 to 15 years. Its coat is considered suitable for people seeking a hypoallergenic dog, although regular brushing is needed; a clipped coat can make daily grooming more manageable. Several dogs are kept at the breeding home, allowing prospective families to see both parents and two generations of the dogs’ lineage. The breeder is registered with Swale and aims to be approachable when discussing the breed, its care and the circumstances of future owners.
