Nicktime

Nicktime is a Cairn Terrier breeding kennel based in Svendborg. The kennel works purposefully and selectively with the breed and has completed DKK’s breeder education programme. The aim is to breed dogs with breed-typical characteristics and a sound foundation for health. Showing is an important part of the work at Nicktime. The kennel’s dogs have so far achieved at least one national championship, reflecting their qualities in relation to the breed standard. However, titles are not considered the sole measure of a dog’s value. Nicktime emphasises a realistic approach to breeding, in which no dog is considered flawless. When planning matings, the combinations are therefore assessed with a focus on the likelihood of healthy puppies that can become good and worthy representatives of the Cairn Terrier breed.
