Mumuland Kennels is a home-based dog breeder in Boston, where its dogs share family life rather than separate kennel buildings. Active since 2000, it breeds Whippets, smooth-haired Standard and Miniature Dachshunds, and Miniature American Shepherds. Whippets joined the programme in 2017, while smooth-haired Dachshunds returned in 2023. Boston Terriers were bred from 2009 to November 2024. The focus is on dogs of sound temperament, health and type that meet the relevant breed standards. The breeder supported The Kennel Club Assured Breeder scheme until its January 2025 closure. Health screening is tailored to each breed: Whippets have annual heart examinations by a cardiologist; Dachshunds receive yearly eye screening and IVDD assessment.
