The hobby breeding of den Königstal-Tigern is located in Nörvenich and breeds British Shorthair and British Longhair. Health and species-appropriate keeping form the basis of the breeding program. According to the breeding presentation, the cats used are excellent and provided with pedigrees. The kittens do not leave the cattery before the thirteenth week and are then house-trained. Until they move, they receive the basic immunization against cat flu and feline panleukopenia, several dewormings, and veterinary check-ups. The papers and a starter package with the food fed so far, which is intended to support a gentle changeover, are included when they move in. Before being handed over, the young cats get to know water, children, and other cats. The development of the litters and kittens that have already been placed is documented with pictures, provided the new owners agree.
