Malusy

Kennel Malusy is a dog breeding kennel near Næstved in South Zealand, focusing on long-haired German Shepherd Dogs. The breeding programme is based on many years of experience with the breed and a strong interest in its qualities. The kennel has completed DKK’s breeder education and works with a limited number of litters rather than expanding production. The aim is to breed a few well-functioning puppies that their future families can look forward to and be proud of. In the breeding work, great emphasis is placed on healthy, high-quality parent dogs and on keeping the inbreeding coefficient as low as possible. There is also a focus on dark dogs with the characteristic reddish-brown and black German Shepherd colouring. Kennel Malusy prioritises training and trials with its own dogs and places emphasis on actively developing them. New families are encouraged to train and possibly show their dog, but this is not a condition for getting a puppy. The breeding programme’s approach is characterised by commitment to the breed and care in the selection of breeding animals.
