Lykkedal's

Lykkedal's is a Komondor kennel and has completed DKK's breeder education. The kennel places emphasis on serious work with the dogs and on the well-being of the breed. The dogs are described as an integral part of everyday life, where they are happy to join in the activities and seek close contact with their people. Health is a central consideration in the breeding work. Time is spent finding healthy dogs that are considered suitable for breeding, and all the dogs have been DNA-tested for PDA and patellar luxation. The aim is to prioritise robust dogs and to highlight health as an essential part of the kennel. Showing is also an important interest for Lykkedal's. For several years, the kennel has worked with training dogs for shows and is trained as an authorised ring trainer by the Danish Kennel Club. The experience also includes teaching and a previous role as a breed representative.
