Lunetoller Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever breeder in Helsinge · Denmark

Lunetoller is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever kennel based in Helsinge in North Zealand. The dogs live as active family dogs on a farm, where they share everyday life with, among other things, horses, chickens and cats. The kennel’s surroundings are described as homely, and the puppies grow up inside the house as part of daily life. So far, Lunetoller has had four litters: in 2019, 2021, 2023 and 2025. The litter sizes have been six, seven, eight and six puppies, respectively. The experience thus includes several litters spread over a number of years, with a focus on growing up close to the family’s ordinary activities. Lunetoller emphasises that future owners activate the dogs both physically and mentally. The choice of dog sport or other activity is less important than understanding the breed’s needs beyond the daily walks. The kennel completed DKK's breeder education in 2023.
