The Löwe von der Tomburg dog breeding kennel has been dedicated to the Leonberger since 2002. It is affiliated with the DCLH, the VDH and the FCI. The focus is on breeding breed-typical dogs that can accompany their people as balanced, loyal and happy companions for many years. As a hobby kennel in Grafschaft, the kennel is committed to raising healthy and long-lived Leonbergers. The well-being of the dogs is highly important. The aim is to promote responsibly bred dogs that can be reliable companions to people. Dogs from the kennel’s own breeding program that are not suitable for breeding also remain with the Löwe von der Tomburg kennel, provided this decision has been made. They are not judged solely on their suitability for breeding, but continue to be regarded as valued companions.
