little Pearl`s Maine Coon Maine Coon breeder in Erlensee · Germany

Little Pearl’s Maine Coon is a small hobby cattery for Maine Coons in Erlensee in Hesse. This cat breed has been of particular interest for more than 15 years. No more than five cats live in the household, allowing the litters to be raised in a manageable family environment. The kittens grow up in the family’s everyday life and become familiar with contact with a comb and brush at an early age. Living together with a Belgian Shepherd Dog is also one of their formative experiences. Before leaving, the young animals are vaccinated and dewormed; they have also completed their “cuddle diploma”. For health prevention, the breeding cats are tested once a year for FIP and feline leukemia. Ultrasound examinations for HCM and PKD are carried out every two years. The cattery thus combines a family-based approach to keeping Maine Coons with regular examinations of the breeding animals.
