The family-run hobby kennel Labrador vom Kaltenberg lives with its Labrador Retrievers in Walleshausen, a district of Geltendorf in the Landsberg am Lech district. The dogs grow up in a home environment; the kennel places great emphasis on close living with the animals. Confirmed radiographic findings are available for the breeding dogs: HD A and ED, OCD and PL each with a result of 0. In addition, they are genetically tested for six diseases relevant to Labrador Retrievers, including prcd-PRA, EIC, cnm-HMLR, RD/OSD, HNPK and narcolepsy.
