Kian Star

Kian Star is a Border Collie breeder in Haarby with more than 40 years of experience breeding Collies and Border Collies, including 26 years under the kennel name Kian Star. The breeder has completed both DKK's breeder education and DKK Masterclass and places great emphasis on the dogs' health, temperament and lineage. The parent dogs are genetically tested, undergo eye examinations and are X-rayed for HD, AD and OCD. The puppies also have their eyes examined. They grow up inside the house, where they become accustomed to the ordinary sounds and activities that are part of everyday life in a home environment. Dogs from Kian Star have achieved results in obedience, rally, PH assessment, Sirius trials and showing, and several have become champions. The puppies are described as dogs with good opportunities to go far with appropriate training, but they can also thrive as family dogs with ordinary activity without competition goals.
