Irish Toffee in Handeloh is passionately dedicated to breeding Irish Terriers. The focus is on the dogs’ health and balanced temperament. The breed is described as instinctive, intelligent and self-confident, while also being particularly closely attached to people and affectionate. The puppies grow up in the house in a family environment and remain in close contact with their mother, the pack and their people. Under supervision, they become familiar with the garden, forest and water. Children, other dogs, as well as everyday sounds and appliances, are also part of their early experiences, so that they can develop into robust, confident little terriers. The next litter is planned for spring 2027. The puppies are placed at nine or ten weeks; by then, they have been dewormed several times, microchipped and vaccinated according to their age. Irish Toffee also supports the families after the puppies move in with questions about training, house-training or coat care, for example.
