Haynell’s Bernese Mountain Dog breeder in Odder · Denmark

Haynell’s is a small Bernese Mountain Dog kennel in rural surroundings near Odder, close to forest and beach. Interest in the breed arose in 2019 after the loss of the family’s previous dog. The choice was based especially on what the home and family life could offer the dogs, which have since gained a central place in everyday life. The kennel’s four Bernese Mountain Dogs live as family members and join both outings and holidays. Shows also take up a great deal of life with the dogs. After a puppy purchase, Haynell’s prioritizes lasting contact, advice and support, also if challenges arise. The kennel has DKK’s breeder education. The breed is described as good-natured, affectionate and social, with a need for close family contact. Young dogs require activity, while adults often adapt to the family’s level. The long coat should be brushed weekly, and prospective homes must be prepared for shedding and a little drooling.
