Great Bel's

Great Bel's breeder of black, harlequin and merle Great Danes in Tune. The kennel was established in 1999, when the first litter was born. Dogs from the breeding programme have distinguished themselves at shows, and in 2001 it received the title of breeder of the year for the first time in the black/harlequin category. This recognition was retained until 2020. The goal is healthy, breed-typical dogs for family life and showing. JWW and champion titles have been achieved in Scandinavia and the USA. The breeding programme is also based on dogs and frozen semen imported from several countries. A mantle merle puppy has been sold to the USA. The breeding dogs are most often tested for HD, AD and OCD to support breeding decisions. The puppies are socialised early with dogs, cats, horses, children and everyday sounds and grow up in clean surroundings. Great Bel's has DKK breeder education and devotes time to each litter.
