German Rex of Dankwarderode

German Rex of Dankwarderode is a registered German Rex cattery in Braunschweig. The cattery is dedicated to this rare curly-coated cat and describes its animals as lively, intelligent, sensitive and exceptionally people-oriented. Their soft, velvety coat and friendly nature shape the special character of the German Rex. When they are placed, the cats are vaccinated, dewormed and provided with a pedigree. German Rex of Dankwarderode does not place animals in unsecured outdoor access or in strictly solitary housing. An existing second cat may belong to another breed and does not have to come from this cattery. Here, the German Rex is considered curious, playful and eager to learn – even at an advanced age. It seeks closeness to people and fellow cats, takes an attentive part in everyday life and enjoys showing spirited, sometimes acrobatic ideas. Due to its sociable nature, it is also described as easy to care for around children and unfamiliar people.
