Game Goldens Golden Retriever breeder in Broager · Denmark

Game Goldens is a dog breeding kennel in Broager focusing on Golden Retrievers that thrive in an active life. The kennel’s breeding work is aimed at dogs that can be used for hunting, in trials and in various dog sports, while also functioning harmoniously within the family. The goal is to preserve the classic Golden type, inspired by the breed’s expression from the 1950s. Temperament is highly valued, and the dogs are desired to be both eager to work and balanced. Game Goldens thus combines qualities for activity and cooperation with the qualities sought in a calm family dog. Health is a central part of the breeding programme. Among other things, the dogs are examined for HD and AD by X-ray, as well as through annual eye examinations. This is supplemented with DNA testing for hereditary diseases. The kennel has completed the DKK breeder education.
