From the Imperial Dogs is a dog breeding establishment for Entlebucher Mountain Dogs in Schärding. The well-being and health of the dogs are the main focus. The breeding animals are carefully examined; depending on the breed, this includes, among other things, tests for PRA, PL, HD, ED, CEA/CH and MDR1 as well as a cardiac ultrasound. The dogs live together with the family as a pack and are not kept in kennels. A female dog is mated at most once a year, provided that her state of health permits this. The breeding program is thus guided by the individual well-being of the female dogs. The puppies grow up within the family, receiving loving care, attention and consideration. The breeding establishment places importance on good socialization and gives the young dogs exclusively to responsible, caring people. This is intended to prevent them from later being kept in a mass-breeding facility.
