from Lumina Borders Border Collie breeder in Wennigsen · Germany

Lumina Borders is a Border Collie kennel in Lower Saxony, run by Lisa, who describes herself as a beginner in breeding. The kennel belongs to the Club für britische Hütehunde (CfbrH) within the VDH/FCI. Its goal is to breed healthy and athletic Border Collies who find a loving home with active families. The puppies spend their first three weeks with their mother in the whelping box next to the breeder’s bed; from the fourth week onward, they live in a summer garden house with an attached run and can choose for themselves whether they want to be indoors or outdoors. Early development includes early neurological stimulation from the 3rd to the 16th day of life; socialization includes car rides, cats, horses, people of all ages, changing surfaces, water, and household noises. Regular veterinary checkups, vaccinations, and deworming are planned; the puppies are not placed before eight weeks of age. The breeder provides advice before and after the purchase and wishes to remain in contact with the puppy owners.
