ALLEVAMENTO DELLA GRANRIVA Border Collie breeder in Peio · Italy

L'Allevamento della Granriva is a dog kennel based in Peio, dedicated to the Border Collie. Its history stems from a family passion for dogs, cultivated over several generations and accompanied by living alongside various domestic animals. The interest in the canine world can be traced back to the strong bond with a first mixed-breed dog, an important presence during the years of growing up. After a long period following its loss, in 2017 the arrival of a new puppy brought the companionship of a dog back into the home and sparked a particular interest in collies. The presentation also highlights the elegance, lightness and balanced temperament of the long-haired Scottish Shepherd Dog, known as the Rough Collie. It is described as a fascinating and unique dog, appreciated for its qualities, stable character and ability to be a valuable companion.
