Emporio di Alexandra

Emporio di Alexandra is a dog breeding kennel based in Gornja Bistra, active since 2008. It works with Shih Tzu and Blue Bay Shepherd dogs, with an approach that places canine health at the centre of its breeding priorities. Physical type and the intended qualities of each breed are also considered in its programme. The dogs are kept with freedom of movement as part of their everyday environment. Rather than producing litters frequently, the kennel plans them on an occasional basis. This measured rhythm reflects the importance it gives to the care of its dogs and to considered breeding decisions. Emporio di Alexandra also takes part in dog shows. Through this involvement, the kennel presents its dogs in a setting connected with breed evaluation and conformation. Its activity combines attention to health, breed appearance and purpose, together with a daily life in which the dogs can move freely.
