Dunmore Park Border Collie breeder in Wittingen Germany

Dunmore Park breeds balanced, active Border Collies near Wittingen from selected lines, with a focus on health and breed-typical temperament.

Near Wittingen, Dunmore Park operates a Border Collie breeding program that, following earlier experience with Collies and Australian Shepherds, is devoted entirely to this breed. The dogs used come from selected, partly show-oriented lines. The breeding establishment has been under FCI and VDH protection since 1996; it has belonged to the VDH since 1991. The Border Collies are kept as part of the family and have a house and a large garden at their disposal. Their activities are tailored to their individual aptitudes. Dog Tricks are a focus: dogs from the breeding program hold the title Trick Dog Champion and have already appeared in photo and television productions. The aim is to produce active, well-balanced Border Collies for families, dog sports, breeding and shows. Health, the breed standard, as well as a confident and lovable temperament are given priority. As a member of the Club für Britische Hütehunde e.V. and the VDH, Dunmore Park breeds with licensed and healthy dogs.
