Die Strohhutpiraten

The dog breeding kennel Die Strohhutpiraten is based in Seyring, about eight kilometers north of Vienna. Since 2017, the breeding establishment has been dedicated to the Flat-Coated Retriever and aligns its breeding work with the strict requirements of the FCI, ÖKV and ÖRC. The three Flat-Coated Retrievers live together with the family in a single-family house with a garden. This means the dogs are closely integrated into everyday home life and part of a family environment that includes both living space and outdoor areas. The puppies also grow up directly in the living environment of the breeding establishment. A large area in the garden is available to them for exercise, play and first explorations. In addition, their own retreat in the living room offers them peace and closeness to everyday family life. In this way, Die Strohhutpiraten combines space for small adventures outdoors with a protected area inside the house.
