Devonshire Hunters Pride

Devonshire Hunters Pride is dedicated to the Jack Russell Terrier of the old English type in Krems an der Donau. The idea of breeding began with an encounter with this breed and with two purebred dogs from the same kennel, but from different lines. Their friendly nature immediately won over the family. After attending their first shows, the kennel repeatedly received encouragement to introduce the existing dogs into breeding. Both had a pedigree. These prerequisites encouraged Devonshire Hunters Pride to establish a responsible breeding programme and dedicate itself to preserving this traditional type of terrier. The focus is on preserving and selectively continuing to breed the Jack Russell Terrier of the old English type. The dogs’ development, their ancestry and the experiences at shows form the basis of this approach. Devonshire Hunters Pride places the breed and its characterful, loving companion at the forefront.
