La Contea di Devon is an ENCI-recognized Jack Russell Terrier kennel with a registered affix, in Capriata d'Orba, in the province of Alessandria (Piedmont). It is run by Andrea, who has been passionate about dogs for over fifteen years. Jack Russell Terriers are bred in the three coat varieties: smooth, broken and rough; more than fifteen dogs, including brood bitches and stud dogs, live at the kennel. The dogs are housed in heated and insulated 26-square-metre kennels. The puppies grow up in a family environment for their first two months and are socialized with dogs, children and adults before leaving the kennel. When they leave, they receive an ENCI pedigree, vaccinations and a microchip. The kennel also offers boarding, dog training and a training field open to all breeds, with annual gatherings. Visits are by appointment only.
