The dal Mare del Nord kennel in Hemmoor is dedicated to the Cane Corso Italiano. The desire to breed this breed arose from many years of personal experience with various dogs, including animals from animal welfare. Breeding activities finally began in 2021 with the A-litter. The dogs live in the kennel's household. The puppies also grow up there in a sheltered environment and are supported and encouraged according to their age. Particular emphasis is placed on good socialisation so that they can develop into breed-typical, stable-tempered and loyal companions. After her B-litter in April 2023, the first breeding bitch retired; her daughter Antea is to continue the breeding. Dal Mare del Nord wishes to preserve the Cane Corso Italiano responsibly and contribute to the health of the breed. The selection of a suitable home for each puppy is carried out just as carefully as their upbringing. The kennel is a member of Cane Corso Italiano e.V. as well as the VDH and also provides advice on whether this breed is suitable.
