Da castello della luce Lagotto Romagnolo breeder in Ostheim · Germany

Da castello della luce is a hobby breeding kennel for Lagotto Romagnolo in Ostheim in the Rhön, at the foot of Lichtenburg. Its location in the tri-border area of Bavaria, Hesse and Thuringia shapes the surroundings in which the dogs live together with the breeder’s family. The breeding program is devoted to the Lagotto Romagnolo with great dedication and passion. Particular attention is paid to the breed-specific characteristics of these dogs, whose history is closely linked to truffle hunting. Daily proximity to the Lagotti is at the heart of the breeding routine. Da castello della luce is a member of the Lagotto Romagnolo Züchtergemeinschaft e.V. and follows the guidelines of the VDH and FCI. The breeding program sees itself as a long-term commitment: decisions are made with a view to the coming years and the well-being of the breed.
