Coton CPH´s

Coton CPH´s is a breeding program of Coton de Tuléar in Stubbekøbing, which follows the breeding recommendations of Dansk Kennel Klub and Klubben for Små Selskabshunde. The goal is to breed puppies with good health, great security and a stable temperament. The breeding program has completed DKK breeder training and DKK masterclass. The breeding dogs are DNA-tested for the breed’s hereditary diseases, have annual eye examinations and have patella status 0/0. They are also exhibited, assessed by trained judges in relation to the breed standard and approved for breeding. Emphasis is placed on a careful selection of breeding dogs and on going beyond the applicable recommendations. The puppies are socialised early and, from around their fourth week of life, stay with the family in the home’s everyday surroundings. They thus gradually become accustomed to ordinary sounds and routines. When the puppies move, their new families receive thorough guidance on coat care and preparation for life with their new Coton de Tuléar.
