Cologne Red Dogs

Cologne Red Dogs is a small breeding establishment for standard long-haired Dachshunds in Weitersborn, in the Soonwald between Bad Kreuznach and Idar-Oberstein. The breeding programme is aimed at lovers of these dogs as well as people who would like to work a Dachshund in hunting. It is affiliated with the Deutscher Teckelklub e.V. The puppies grow up exclusively in a home environment and, in addition to the house, experience a large garden. The mother and other adult female dogs accompany the rearing. Care, expert supervision and careful socialisation provide the foundation for a good start for the young Dachshunds. The breeding goal is balanced Dachshunds that behave pleasantly in the house and apartment and, with suitable training, can also be hunting companions. The next litter is not planned until 2027. Interested parties can get to know the breeding establishment and its Dachshunds by prior appointment.
