Chicomaster

Chicomaster is a small-scale home breeder of Chihuahuas based in Mäntsälä. The breeding activity has continued since 1996. The litters grow up in a home environment as part of the family’s ordinary everyday life, and the dogs’ early stages include close interaction with family members. The puppies live with the breeder until they reach the age of transfer. From an early age, they gain experience with children, unfamiliar people and other animals. Thus, the puppies’ first weeks include various social encounters in a familiar home environment, while the breeding activity remains small-scale. Chicomaster’s breeding goal is to place healthy and good-natured Chihuahua puppies in new homes. The long background that began in 1996, home-based breeding and the puppies’ habituation to the family, children, unfamiliar people and animals form the central basis of the activity.
