Centio

Centio is a hobby breeding program of Dogue de Bordeaux in Tjele, where love for and respect for the breed are the starting point. The breed has been part of the breeding program’s everyday life since 2000, and the first litter was born in 2007. Since then, Centio has had several litters and worked under a kennel name. Centio’s breeding work focuses on health, a good temperament and good movement. At the same time, emphasis is placed on the dogs having the breed-typical expression that characterizes the Dogue de Bordeaux. The aim is to combine these qualities in a well-considered hobby breeding program, with the breed’s well-being as an important consideration. All the dogs live inside the house and are therefore part of the breeding program’s daily life. Centio has completed DKK’s breeder and dog-keeping education, which supports the professional approach to keeping and breeding dogs. Experience with the breed and close daily life with the dogs shape the breeding program’s framework.
