Cattery vom Arkensee

The Cattery vom Arkensee is a small, family-oriented Maine Coon cattery in the north of Berlin. Enthusiasm for this special cat breed was at the beginning of the breeding project. Since then, the focus has been on Maine Coons with a breed-typical appearance, a pronounced bond with people and good health. The cats live in the Cattery household and are closely integrated into everyday life. As full-fledged family members, they grow up in an apartment. Keeping them in a family environment reflects the Cattery’s aim of paying particular attention to the animals’ needs. Health care is highly important for the Maine Coons. All cats are examined regularly by a veterinarian. In addition, ultrasound examinations are carried out by a specialized professional so that the health of the Coonies can be carefully monitored.
