Cattery of ZeusCats

The Cattery of ZeusCats in Pocking is dedicated to breeding British Shorthair cats. The focus is on breed-typical, well-socialized BSH in a diverse range of colors: Black, Blue, Lilac, Fawn, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Red and Cream. Animals with white spotting are also part of the described breeding interest. For further development, the Cattery is planning a breeding project with odd-eyed British Shorthair. The plan involves homozygous shorthair cats without the longhair gene as well as varying amounts of white in the coat. The project complements the colors and patterns within the breed already mentioned. The welfare of the cats is highly important to the Cattery of ZeusCats. The animals live as family members and are not intended to be kept solely from the perspective of breeding. This principle shapes the keeping of the British Shorthair cats and the way they are treated in everyday life.
