CASTLE BLACK CURRANT

CASTLE BLACK CURRANT is a kennel in Oostvoorne that is dedicated to the Prague Ratter, also known as the Prague rat catcher. This special dog breed has been officially recognized in the Netherlands since April 2019. The kennel holds a certification from the Raad van Beheer. The breeding program deliberately remains small-scale. On average, about one litter is born per year; sometimes it remains at one litter over a period of two years. The dogs meet the requirements of the breed standard. In addition, all dogs that are part of the kennel have achieved champion titles. CASTLE BLACK CURRANT regularly participates in dog shows with the dogs. The animals are carefully socialized and trained and live within the kennel as full-fledged family members. Their smooth coat is considered a practical feature, because according to the kennel it does not leave loose hairs in the house.
