Caa-allepo American Staffordshire Terrier breeder in Jaala · Finland

Caa-allepo is a small-scale dog breeder operating in Jaala. The focus of the breeding is the American Hairless Terrier, and the breeder’s breed is also listed as the American Staffordshire Terrier in the directory information. The activities emphasize taking the breed’s background and breeding choices into account. Dogs have been brought into the breeding program from the country of origin of the American Hairless Terrier, the United States, as well as from Russia. In addition, Rat Terriers have been included to broaden the gene pool of American Hairless Terrier breeding. Imported dogs form part of the background of the breeding work and its planning. Litters resulting from crosses between the American Hairless Terrier and the Rat Terrier are called outcross litters. In Finland, there are only a few such litters, whereas they are more common in the breeds’ country of origin. In Caa-allepo’s breeding, outcross combinations are connected with diversifying the gene pool.
