Border Collie Ranch is a working Border Collie kennel in Ovada, in the province of Alessandria, in Piedmont. It is run by Giorgio, Lenneke, Silvia and Francesca, who have been carrying on the activity for about twenty years, starting with a dog named Shonny. The kennel is recognized by ENCI and FCI. The dogs bred descend from Welsh, Scottish, English and Irish working lines. Among the breeding dogs, the site presents BorderCollieRanch Bill, known as «Billetto», and BorderCollieRanch Silver. People and animals live together in the home: the dogs are considered family members and not merely brood bitches or stud dogs.
