Bernervejen Bernese Mountain Dog breeder in Skive · Denmark

Bernervejen is a newer breeding establishment of Bernese Mountain Dogs in Skive. Breeding is planned ethically with health and well-being at the centre, and the kennel's three dogs live as part of the family inside the house rather than merely being breeding animals. The breeding is also supported by experience from an established breeder. The kennel is a member of DKK and DBSK, has completed DKK's breeder education programme and follows DKK's ethical guidelines for breeding and raising dogs. The puppies are purposefully socialised and exposed to various sounds and sensory impressions, so that they become familiar with ordinary experiences in everyday life before moving. Bernervejen places emphasis on good chemistry with puppy buyers and seeks to match each puppy with a family where its characteristics and the family's wishes fit together. Showing and competitions are not a requirement, and the kennel offers help and guidance throughout the dog's life.
