Beagles Vom Wellener Wald is a small, family-run Beagle breeding establishment in Beverstedt. The dogs live without kennel housing as part of everyday family life. When selecting the parent dogs, the breeding establishment pays attention to health, a not overly large size and a particularly gentle, breed-typical expression.
Careful imprinting and socialization of the puppies are of central importance. Living together in a natural pack is intended to give them a good foundation for their future lives. The immediate proximity to the forest and contact with wildlife are also part of the dogs’ environment; according to the breeding establishment, this means they do not display a strongly pronounced hunting instinct.
The Beagle puppies are regularly dewormed, vaccinated and microchipped and move to their new homes in their ninth week of life. They receive an information folder, an EU pet passport and a pedigree. Later holiday care may also be possible by arrangement. The breeding establishment sees its Beagles primarily as full-fledged family members.
