aus der Etzler Rappelkiste Appenzeller Sennenhund breeder in Friedeburg · Germany

The kennel aus der Etzler Rappelkiste in Friedeburg is dedicated to the Appenzeller Mountain Dog. The breed is valued for its people-oriented, friendly and companionable nature. Loving interaction with children and a balanced character are also central to the selection and rearing process. The dogs live closely integrated into family life and are involved in the tasks of an agricultural dairy farm. One female dog regularly accompanies the school day as a companion dog and also helps drive the cows from the pasture. This allows the animals to become familiar with different situations and contact with people from an early age. As a member of the Schweizer Sennenhund-Verein für Deutschland e.V., the kennel places particular importance on careful family-based socialisation of the puppies. Small litters and the development of health, quality and character take priority over a high number of puppies. Keeping the dogs in a kennel is out of the question for the breeding establishment.
