Augusteas White Swiss Shepherd Dog breeder in Præstø · Denmark

Kennel Augusteas is a small hobby breeding kennel for White Swiss Shepherd Dogs in Præstø. Dogs and shows have been an important part of the kennel’s history for many years, which also builds on an established kennel name previously associated with breeding Skye Terriers. The aim is to breed healthy dogs that are close to the breed standard both mentally and in conformation. The breeding dogs are examined with a focus on HD, AD, MDR1 and DM, and must at a minimum be Danish show champions and have undergone a mental description. The kennel regularly participates in shows in Denmark and abroad and thus follows the breed’s development closely. The dogs are also trained in obedience and ring training when time permits. The puppies grow up in a home environment and become accustomed to the sounds of everyday life. Before they leave, they undergo a health check, are vaccinated and puppy-tested by a DKK assessor. Kennel Augusteas has completed DKK breeder training and DKK masterclass.
